Maintaining long-term relationships in excess of 20 years with our oak suppliers allows us to source the highest quality tight-grain wood available in France and the USA. Our entire product line is manufactured from handpicked French Sessilis Oak and American White Oak.

We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to each process involved in crafting premium oak flavors. Innerstave’s oak is precisely cut and air dried in the Carneros Region of Sonoma County for a minimum of 2 years.
