The same can be said of Innerstave premium oak flavor profiles. We season our American and French oak products in our dedicated toasting and drying facility located in Sonoma’s Carneros wine region. Our close proximity to San Francisco Bay’s water, wind and fog offers a microflora found nowhere else on earth, making our flavor profiles distinctive and unique.
Our oak products are seasoned for 24 to 36 months. Then, they are convection oven toasted rather than hand-fired, resulting in more consistent and uniform toasting. We take great care to ensure that our premium oak flavor profiles remain consistent from year to year, enabling winemakers, brewers and distillers to achieve repeatable outcomes.
