Rob Mirante, Innerstave’s Administrative Manager, ensures that all of our administrative functions stay organized and run smoothly. Rob manages our administration personnel, maintains our contracts, works with our logistics team, provides Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable assistance, and coordinates our worker’s compensation.
Rob has 25 years of logistics and warehousing experience. His career in logistics started at Patagonia, outdoor clothing and gear designer, where he worked in the Inventory Department and cross trained with the warehouse manager. He later joined Dako, a Biotech company in Southern California, where he managed the receipt of raw materials, as well as quality control.
After moving back to northern Nevada, Rob worked at Pfizer, a pharmaceutical company, where he worked in all of its departments, including: shipping/receiving, inventory control and building maintenance. During his time at Pfizer, Rob attained forklift and OSHA safety certifications.
Rob brought all of this experience to Innerstave, when he joined in 2013. At Innerstave, Rob has enjoyed learning the “behind the scenes of the wine industry” by working with our customers. His philosophy about serving Innerstave’s clients is to use his extensive experience in logistics to ensure that every client receives our products accurately, on time and is billed correctly.
In his free time, Rob enjoys hiking all over Northern California, photography and woodworking.
