New for 2023 – Innerstave has created the first ever American Oak in our proprietary Plus Plus toast. Developed to offer our clients yet another powerful tool in wine, beer, or spirits production. Our new American Plus Plus toast provides intense aromas of Caramel, Chocolate, Toasted Marshmallow, and Sweet Barbecue Smoke with flavors of Mocha, Brown Spice and Molasses. When used in wine, this dark toast is very respectful of the fruit and works equally well in both red and white wines.
