Dirty Little Secret
For a long time our catagory of products, Oak Alternatives, have been viewed as a dirty little industry secret but we here at Innerstave are trying to change that. The perception has always been that oak alternatives are lesser quality and can’t do the same thing as a barrel, but we know that it is possible to produce great wines and spirits that never see the inside of a barrel.
